Timothy J. Cutt
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Timothy J. Cutt has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of QEP since January 2019. Prior to joining QEP, Mr. Cutt was the Chief Executive Officer of Cobalt International Energy from 2016 to 2018. Prior to joining Cobalt, Mr. Cutt served as President of several BHP Billiton companies including the Petroleum Division from 2013 to 2016 and Global Production from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Cutt served in various roles at ExxonMobil in the previous 24 years, including President of ExxonMobil de Venezuela from 2005 to 2007, President ExxonMobil Canada Energy from 2004 to 2005 and President Hibernia Management & Development Company from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Cutt served as a board member of the American Petroleum Institute (API) from 2013 to 2018.

Christopher K. Woosley
Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Christopher K. Woosley has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for QEP since January 2020. Previously, Mr. Woosley held the positions of Senior Vice President and General Counsel for QEP from 2017-2019, Vice President and General Counsel for QEP from 2012 to 2016, Corporate Secretary from 2016 to 2017, and Senior Attorney from 2010 to 2012. Prior to joining QEP, Mr. Woosley was engaged in the private practice of law at Cooper, Newsome & Woosley PLLP. Mr. Woosley serves as a board member of the American Exploration & Production Council (AXPC) and as a Trustee for the Mervin Bovaird Foundation.

William J. Buese
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Mr. William J. Buese has served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for QEP since January 2020. From 2014 to 2019, he served as Vice President Finance and Treasurer for QEP. Mr. Buese joined QEP in March 2012 as Director of Finance. Prior to joining QEP, Mr. Buese was Director, Finance at MarkWest Energy Partners, LP, and served in various finance, treasury, accounting and investor relations roles during his seven years there. Prior to MarkWest, Mr. Buese was employed in a non-energy-related industry for more than 10 years.

Joseph T. Redman
Vice President, Energy
Mr. Joseph T. Redman has served as Vice President, Energy for QEP since August 2019. Mr. Redman joined QEP in 2006 and has held the positions of General Manager of Natural Gas, Director of Production & HSE, General Manager of Pinedale/Greater Green River Basin, as well as various technical and operational roles. Prior to joining QEP, Mr. Redman served as Senior Reservoir Engineer at Vintage Petroleum and he worked as a consultant in the pipeline industry. Mr. Redman currently serves on the board of the Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA) and previously served on the board of the Wyoming Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Lauren K. Baer
Vice President, Human Resources & Community Investments
Ms. Lauren K. Baer has served as Vice President, Human Resources and Community Investments for QEP since March 2018. Previously, Ms. Baer held the position of Director, Human Resources Operations. Prior to joining QEP, Ms. Baer served as Director, Human Resources of Latshaw Drilling Company from 2006 to 2012. Prior to 2006, Ms. Baer held positions in human resources and general management in the manufacturing and retail industries. Ms. Baer serves on the Executive Board for the Kareem Jackson Foundation, Executive Sponsor of the Denver QEP Cares Leadership Council and a member of PEP (Power of Extended Philanthropy) for the Women’s Foundation of Colorado. In 2020, Ms. Baer was named one of the “Top Women in Energy” in Colorado by the Denver Business Journal.

Alice B. Ley
Vice President, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer
Ms. Alice Ley has served as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for QEP since 2014. Previously, Ms. Ley held the positions of Interim Controller and Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to joining QEP in 2012, Ms. Ley served as Accounting/Financial Analyst Manager at Frontier Oil Corporation from 2001 to 2011 and worked at Arthur Andersen, LLP as an auditor prior to 2001. Ms. Ley serves as Co-Chair for the QEP Cares Denver Leadership Council.

Phillips S. Baker, Jr.
Director
Mr. Phillips S. Baker, Jr. has served as a QEP director since 2010 and also served as a director of Questar from 2004 to 2010. Mr. Baker is the President, CEO and a director of Hecla Mining Company (Hecla), a gold and silver mining company. He served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hecla from 2001 to 2003, and as Chief Operating Officer of Hecla from November 2001 to May 2003, before being named CEO in May 2003. He has 30 years of business experience, including 18 years of financial management, more than ten years as CEO of an NYSE-listed company and more than 20 years of directorships of public companies. Mr. Baker has also served as Chairman of the Board for the National Mining Association since October 2017, and has been a Board member since 2010. He has also served as a Board member of the National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum.

Julie A. Dill
Director
Ms. Julie A. Dill has been a QEP director since 2013. She most recently served as the Chief Communications Officer for Spectra Energy Corp. (Spectra) from 2013 until completion of Spectra's merger with Enbridge, Inc. (the Merger) in the first quarter of 2017. She also served on the board of Spectra Energy Partners from 2012 until the completion of the Merger. Ms. Dill has a wealth of experience in the energy sector, having served in a number of executive capacities in the natural gas and power industries. She served as the Group Vice President of Strategy for Spectra and the President and CEO of Spectra Energy Partners, LP from 2012 until 2013, and prior to that she served as President of Union Gas Limited from 2007 until 2011. Previously, she served in various financial and operational roles with Duke Energy, Duke Energy International and Shell Oil Company. Ms. Dill currently serves on the board of directors of Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc. and Inter Pipeline Ltd. Ms. Dill is also a member of the Advisory Council for the College of Business and Economics at New Mexico State University.

Joseph N. Jaggers
Director
Mr. Joseph N. Jaggers has served as a QEP director since 2019. Mr. Jaggers’ energy industry leadership experience spans more than three decades. From 2013 to 2018, he was President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Founder of Jagged Peak Energy in Denver, Colorado. From 2010 to 2012, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of privately-held Ute Energy, LLC in Denver, Colorado. From 2001 to 2010 he held executive leadership roles with Bill Barrett Corp., Barrett Resources and Williams Companies in Denver. From 1981 to 2000, Jaggers worked for BP Amoco where he held a variety of staff and management positions, culminating in executive responsibility for BP’s Northern North Sea operation. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He currently serves as a director and member of the Audit and Compensation committees for National Fuel Gas Company. Jaggers is a past President of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association, Past Executive Director of Independent Producers Association of the Mountain States, a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and he has been inducted into the Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas Hall of Fame.

Michael J. Minarovic
Director
Mr. Michael J. Minarovic has been a QEP director since 2017. He is the CEO and co-founder of Arena Energy, LP, an employee-owned exploration and production company. Since its start-up in 1999, the company has invested nearly $4 billion of capital in the federal waters of the Gulf of Mexico and has been the most active driller in this basin for the past five years. Mr. Minarovic is also the co-founder of White Fleet Drilling, a drilling contractor that owns and operates three large jack-up drilling rigs operating in the Gulf of Mexico and is the founder of Rosefield Pipeline, a midstream company that owns and operates over 200 miles of oil and gas pipelines in the Gulf of Mexico. Previously, Mr. Minarovic served as a petroleum engineer with Newfield Exploration Company from 1993 to 1999 and Conoco, Inc. from 1988 to 1993. Mr. Minarovic is an executive director of the United States Oil and Gas Association, is a member of the John Cooper School Board of Trustees, and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Minarovic graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, in 1987, with a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering.

Mary Shafer-Malicki
Board Chair
Ms. Mary Shafer-Malicki has been a QEP director since 2017 and became Board Chair in 2020. She worked for BP Exploration Operating Company (BP) and Amoco Corporation for 26 years in a number of executive leadership roles. Ms. Shafer-Malicki served as Senior Vice President/CEO and Chief Operating Officer/General Manager for BP’s operations in Angola from 2005 to 2009 and Director General for BP’s operations in Vietnam from 2003 to 2005. Previously, she was the Business Unit Leader for BP’s Central North Sea gas business in Scotland from 2001 to 2003, General Manager for support services to all of BP’s Continental Shelf upstream operations in the United Kingdom from 2000 to 2001, and President and General Manager for Amoco/BP’s Dutch onshore and offshore production and gas storage operations in the Netherlands from 1998 to 2000. Ms. Shafer-Malicki served as a Director for McDermott International, Inc. until June 2020. Ms. Shafer-Malicki currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wood Group, PLC and the University of Wyoming Foundation.

Barth E. Whitham
Director
Mr. Barth E. Whitham has served as a QEP director since 2019. Mr. Whitham is currently the President and CEO of Enduring Resources, LLC, cofounded in 2004 for the acquisition and development of energy resources and infrastructure in North America. He was the co-founding officer of Westport Resources Corporation and President and COO from 1991 to 2004 through its merger with Kerr-McGee. Prior to Westport, Whitham worked extensively in the upstream U.S., international and offshore energy industry in project planning, development and operations. Whitham is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines. He serves on the Boards of Ensign Energy Services Inc., Intrepid Potash Corp, Jonah Energy, Children's Hospital Colorado and is a Trustee of Regis University. Whitham has served on the Board of SPE International, Western Energy Alliance, CSM Board of Governors and Colorado Forum.
